I’ve got some photos piling up that will make good Lake Vermilion related posts. This time of year the days do not contain enough hours… so I haven’t had the chance to put them on the web page. But that’s a good thing. July is a good month for the real estate business. But I’m going to take a little breather real soon. A breather on the lake.

See you there.

P.S. Send me a photo of your time at the lake.

Storm cloudsHard Rain!

We had a good ol’ fashioned gully washer roll over the lake this evening. There was a great combination of clouds, sun, and rain that produced one of those “look up and take notice” type of skies.

If all else fails you can always rely on the weather for web page filling subject matter.

Real estate activity is still very strong. I should have a number of eye-catching properties to post here within the next several days.

Please check back. In the meantime… send me a note.

Lake Vermilion fireworksIndependence Day!

It was a wonderful Fourth of July on the lake.

It would have been unreasonable to expect a day more perfect than yesterday. The sun was warm, the breeze was moderate, and the lake was cool and blue.

Lake Vermilion is a great place for family and friends to gather.

Our visitors included family from Minneapolis and Colorado. The lake kept us all busy with boat rides, tubing, cruising, fishing, and swimming. And in the evening we watched the fireworks. (“Thank you” to the Hill family.)

It was a treat to have the family together again. Family get-togethers are not as frequent as they should be. We sure enjoyed the company.

I hope they all come back soon. The lake will be waiting and so will we.

Thanks for coming Kathy, Sharon, Nancy, and families.
