The final paragraph of the article states: "Lake Vermilion now provides nearly ten percent of the county’s tax base, and most lake property owners receive precious little for that immense contribution to county coffers. The least St. Louis County can do for Lake Vermilion area residents is make information freely available on a project of this magnitude.
