The Autumnal Equinox is today. As the name would suggest it is that time of year when day and night are equal in length.

I’m sure many would agree this is the start of possibly the most pleasant time of year. Slowing pace. Cooler weather. Outdoor colors. And although some buyers do not take advantage of it, for a number of reasons this is also one of the best times of year to view real estate.
