Summer marches on!

Here’s the July graph that compares year to date completed sales activity for all transactions on Lake Vermilion (including homes, cabins, and lots) since 2005.

July 2011 was a pretty good month for overall sales activity. Only 2010 and 2005 had a greater number of closed transactions during July. 2005 needed to come on strong to reflect the pre-recession market still in place at that time. I predict August will be a very good sales month for 2011. Again, stay tuned, let’s see if 2011 can keep pace with the previous six years.
