Lake Vermilion Real Estate

Here’s the June graph that compares year to date completed sales activity for all transactions on Lake Vermilion (including homes, cabins, and lots) since 2005.

June 2011 was a typical month when compared to 2010, 2009, 2007, and 2003.  The months of June in 2008 and 2006 were unusually active with 2006 sprinting into an overall mid-year lead.  I predict that next month will see 2011 close the gap on 2006.  Stay tuned.
