Bankrate.com has a new feature called Mortgage Matters written by Holden Lewis. It is a daily update (or weblog) on mortgage trends and issues affecting those trends. It’s good information if you have considered or are considering a mortgage refinance. Lewis writes:
On Wednesday we hit a modern-day low when the average rate on a 30-year fixed mortgage fell to 5.94 percent. It scarcely seems possible that rates could drop even lower, but they might.
I have a link to Bankrate.com on this site.
