The warmer weather has resulted in an uptick in activity in our local real estate market. Within the last couple of weeks we have added several additional vacant acreage parcels to our inventory.
We now have over 20 parcels in the market from ranging in size from less than 1 acre to more than 120 acres. Prices on these properties are from $17,500 to $259,000.
