Cook ’em up!
Now that you’ve been to the lake and your fridge or freezer is topped off with walleye fillets, you’re gonna need some new recipes for cooking your catch.
Beatrice Ojakangas is a familiar name to most folks in the Lake Vermilion area. Bea is gourmet cook. A local (i.e. Duluth) gourmet cook. And Bea’s web site has a page listing a number of different ways to cook walleye.
