When you live on a part of the planet where the annual climate extremes dictate what activities are sensible, you need to make good and prudent use of the time available.
This time of year it is prudent to devote some time to a “project”.
Around the lake, projects are popular during the warm summer months. A project can be defined as any activity that changes or modifies a physical object while consuming time. A well planned project will also include spousal approval and travel for supplies. (Please do not confuse this with the activity known as “puttzing”.)
As you might imagine, many types of household jobs could make good projects. Some will be large and complex and some will be small and routine. Both, however, might occupy the same amount of time.
If you have a project that is beyond the capacity of your personal resources, you have the option to have someone else do your project. Sometimes this will allow for the best use of your time.
If you need a list of Lake Vermilion area service companies and contractors, please send me an email. And start that project today.
