A daily journal concerning Lake Vermilion and surrounding areas.
Selected real estate, notes, stories, musings, and anecdotes.

October 30, 2003

It’s been a stretch of gloomy days around the lake. We have a stubborn and premature blanket of wet snow on the ground. It’s a ground cover that offers little practical use. Snow in October is kind of like snow in April.

Do you remember the snow of October 31, 1991?

I will travel on and around the lake tomorrow to do some work. I’ll going to find something nice in the snow. And take a picture.
