To the lake

License Maintenance.

It is typical, when attending real estate licensing classes, to get an update on the rules and regulations that affect our business. In fact, you can count on it. The real estate business in Minnesota is regulated by the Department of Commerce and the Commissioner of this Department is currently Glenn Wilson. If you ever have a question or concern about the laws governing Minnesota’s real estate industry and your preference is to have an answer directly from an official source, Glenn would be a good place to start. A portion of Glenn’s mandate is to insure that real estate professionals deliver consumer services that comply with State Law.

Glenn answers the telephone at 651/296-6025 or replies to email here. I would not hesitate to call Glenn with any of your concerns.

I’ll be in class for a couple more days. I will be back home on the lake at week’s end. Between the classroom and the daily commute there aren’t many worthy photo opportunities. So is it coincidence, fate, or some other mysterious phenomena that the license plate on this car should appear from the morning rush? (You may need a high quality monitor to view the image.)
