Interesting Data.

There’s a new study out by the National Center for Real Estate Research. It will update and remind you what features of a typical home will add or detract from it’s value. A couple of examples are: “A basement-located laundry room actually cuts the selling value of a home…” and “An extra half-bath adds 15 percent to the selling price of a home, but an extra full bathroom adds a stunning 24 percent.”
