“5 Year Trend of MN 30-year Fixed Mortgage Rates”
It’s time for a check on the near term mortgage financing rates. The folks that keep an eye on finance trends are not, as of this week, expecting any significant movement in mortgage rates. In a word, that equates to “sideways”. But they seem to think it is likely for rates to inch up in the coming weeks. Mortgage money finance rates remain at historically low levels.
