I’ll Take That Bet.
It’s sometimes easy to poke fun at the local weather guy or gal… especially when they get the weather wrong.
With that in mind… the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued their 2004-2005 Winter Outlook. They made a fair number of solid predictions for our fair country but it’s gonna be hard to tell ’em they’re wrong in this statement on Minnesota…
“for Minnesota equal chances of wetter or dryer and colder or warmer from normal conditions for January and February.”
This will be the NOAA’s last prediction for the Winter.
We’re on our own from here on out.
