Whose Fish?

In the last several days, there’s been a lull in the number of area properties added to market.

So… to fill the gap here’s a time consuming puzzle you can try that is supposedly attributed to Albert Einstein. A number of clues are given that require the use of logic to determine “Who own’s the fish?”. The fish in question? The Walleye!
