The Timberjay News has offered an opinion/article on St. Louis County’s handling of the 3 Bays Development on Lake Vermilion. The final paragraph of the article states:
“Lake Vermilion now provides nearly ten percent of the county’s tax base, and most lake property owners receive precious little for that immense contribution to county coffers. The least St. Louis County can do for Lake Vermilion area residents is make information freely available on a project of this magnitude. To do any less would be insulting.”
