Reduce.org is a site dedicated to reducing the amount of waste we produce as a society. The site is sponsored by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. One of their efforts includes a program to eliminate the amount of lead based fishing tackle. They have an exchange program that substitutes non-lead tackle for lead tackle.
FYI… this traveling exchange program will be in Cook, MN this Friday, July 28th at Northwoods Bait and Tackle.
