Actually, that’s OK, I was kinda out of blogging gas anyway so this apparent glitch event may have been timely. It was the break I needed from daily bloggage.

It’s not the first time I let a week slip by without a post. It just happens. I’ll chalk it up to a late summer dog days thingy. When it came to blogging, I kinda felt like this guy.

Anyway… where were we? Oh that’s right… we were in the middle of a rare Lake Vermilion buyers market. Buyers should think of this time as a glitch in the market! And consider it an opportune time to come to terms with your favorite seller.
