As noted, I have exiled myself to Deer Camp so my read on the local real estate business activity has been deferred.

It does appear, however, that sales activity has been sluggish. To put it mildly.

The expected seasonal slowdown has been amplified by the recession/depression that is here and/or coming. I would maintain the thought that local real estate is a solid investment that many other holdings do not offer.
