This is typically an opportunity where a little entrepreneurial fortitude might just bring me all the earthly riches that only our consumption based society could provide. Oh sure, the real estate business offers plenty of promise. But haven’t we all said, at some point in our lives, “Why doesn’t somebody invent something to solve this problem?”.

Now, more than ever, we have the tools to bring ideas to life. The information and resources required are just a Google search away.

So… let’s get to it! Solve that problem. Build that widget. Make an infomercial. Sell a million a day. Buy that German sports car. Retire early.

The only hitch in the whole process is that someone, just like you or me, has already recognized the opportunity and taken the initiative.
