Four significant events have formed within the same timeframe to make a home or recreational property purchase more appealing right now than in recent memory.

First, the selection is above average. (If you haven’t already, check the listings on the right hand side bar. The inventory is increasing.) Second, mortgage interest rates just hit a historic low number. Third, values have adjusted downward. And four, sellers are eager to negotiate right now.
