Insourcing.

The level of posting activity here will need to improve or I may have to outsource ol’ LVRE.com to the Punjab.

(Follow that link and you will learn that “Punjab” is a region in India. The word is derived from a combination of two Persian words that translate to “Land of Five Rivers”.)

Hey, wait a minute! I’m already in the Punjab!… we’ve got the Vermilion, Bigfork, Littlefork, Sturgeon, and Pike Rivers!

So… reporting from the Punjab, this just in:

The Lake Vermilion Resort Association notes the largest fish caught so far this season are: a 29″ Walleye, 44″ Northern Pike, 21″ Smallmouth Bass, 18.5″ Largemouth Bass, 50″ Muskie, and a 14.5″ Crappie!

That’s not too shabby outta one body of water (in the Punjab)!

  1. Bill,
I enjoy reading your blog on a regular basis. As a Vermilion home owner, I find your site an excellent resource to keep abreast of the market. Please keep up the good work. I would appreciate knowing about recent sales that have occured (as you did earlier this winter).

  2. Dwight,

Thanks for the nice note! I plan to do an update on sales activity a little later into the Summer season. The details should be more meaningful once more data has accumulated.
