A picture is worth one thousand words.
That’s an old one.
Wikipedia has the explanation and purported history of that phase including a version attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte… “A good sketch is worth a long speech”.
In real estate, a simple sketch can be an excellent tool to explain a complex or unusual situation. A good illustration can clarify the features of a property for a prospective buyer and, perhaps, promote a possible sale. I think illustrations, if used appropriately, are a tool that could and should be used more generously in real estate advertising.
