Servicing The Customer.

So I went into the store to return a recently purchased fish finder because it was faulty.
It was late in the day and the customer service counter was closed. The sign said, “Please see a check out cashier for customer service”.
I set the broken fish finder on the check out counter and the young lady asked, “Can I help you?”.
I said, “This fish finder doesn’t work”.
She said, “Just because you’re not catching any fish doesn’t mean the fish finder is broken”.
